Who We Are

We manufacture the 350GSM cotton fleece hoodie at our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, built in an 80/20 cotton-polyester blend and supplied as a blank heavyweight hoodie for clothing brands. Blanks are the foundation of most streetwear and merch lines. Brands buy them to decorate in-house or through us, so the priority here is a consistent, repeatable base: same weight, same fit, same fabric hand-feel, order after order.

• Consistent blanks. The blend holds its dimensions better across washes, which matters when your customers compare the hoodie they bought last season with this season’s reorder.
• Strong decoration surface. 350 GSM gives embroidery a stable base and holds DTG and DTF prints cleanly.
• Structure without excess bulk. This weight keeps a boxy silhouette on the hanger and in flat-lay photos, and it is wearable across most of the year.

Embroidery, DTG, or DTF: Choosing a Decoration Method

• Embroidery: the most durable option, with a premium textured finish. Best for chest logos, sleeve marks, and smaller placements.
• DTG (direct-to-garment): suits detailed, multi-color, or photographic artwork in smaller batches. Works best on higher-cotton fabrics, which is one reason the 80/20 blend suits it.

How the Process Works

3. Sample production: a physical sample is made in 7-10 business days (sample charges apply, may be adjustable against bulk order).
4. Bulk manufacturing: production begins once the sample is approved, typically 15-25 business days.
5. Quality inspection and shipping: every batch is checked for GSM consistency, stitching, and decoration quality before dispatch, with QC documentation provided before shipping.

Why 80/20 instead of 100% cotton?
