Deelux Sports (Pvt.) Ltd. | Leading Manufacturer & Exporter of Martial Arts and Combat Sports Equipment Deelux Sports (Pvt.) Ltd. was founded in 1994 by Mr. Sohail Ashraf, with a vision to deliver premium-quality cotton yarn and martial arts uniforms to international markets. What began as a small-scale manufacturing setup has grown into one of Pakistan’s most trusted and innovative exporters of combat sports equipment and uniforms. Recognizing the global shift toward outsourced production, Mr. Sohail took a strategic step in 1998 to install advanced stitching machinery, enabling Deelux to produce high-quality martial arts uniforms for leading international brands. Through commitment, craftsmanship, and integrity, Deelux soon partnered with a renowned U.S. buyer in the combat sports industry — marking the start of a journey toward global recognition. By the early 2010s, Deelux expanded into the UAE market, meeting the growing demand for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) uniforms and other combat sports apparel. As the popularity of martial arts surged worldwide, Deelux scaled its operations and, in 2020, moved to a state-of-the-art production facility equipped with over 600 stitching machines, significantly increasing production capacity and efficiency. Today, Deelux Sports stands as a leading manufacturer and exporter of a complete range of combat sports uniforms and equipment — from karate and taekwondo gear to BJJ and MMA apparel — trusted by top international brands for quality, reliability, and performance.
